Cook, Miss Grant; High School': Miss Lawes; • Taneatua; , Mrs Todman; Miss Print; Orini: Miss Wharewira, Miss Tawa, Mrs Riritahi; Poroporo: Miss Cooper, Mrs Joe.'•, The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:— President: Miss M. Reekie.. ' Vice-presidents; Miss Lawes, Mr J. D .Rivett, Mr H. Pirini'. Committee: Two delegates representing each club, President and Secretary. Sec.-Treas.: Mrs M. J. Rowson. Selectors: Mrs Rowson, Mrs Riritahi, Miss Reekie. All matches for the forthcoming season which commences with a Knock-out Tournament on the 18th of May will be played in Whakatane. Further general business discussed included the question of the proposed new hard courts at the Domain, and also a proposal that a charge of 3d per player per game be made to cover travelling expenses incurred by visiting teams. This latter suggestion was embodied in a resolution which was passed.
