MINISTER’S VISIT
HON. F. SKINNER Mr W. Sullivan, M.P., has received the following message from the Hon. Mr Skinner, Minister of Lands: “Will be arriving Whakatane evening of May 15, and will visit Edgecumbe on the morning of Thursday 16. It has now been arranged that local questons may be presented to the Minister on Wednesday evening. The Minister will meet the /Rangitaiki Drainage Committee at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, and the Edgecumbe Township Committee at 11 a.m. on the same date. In the afternoon the Minister leaves for Rotorua.
Persons who wish to meet the Minister should advise Mr Sullivan who will be pleased to arrange an interview on the Wednesday evening..
