JMINOR FLOODING IN BOROUGH lh INCHES IN TWO HOURS The heavy thunder showers which fell over Borough and district early this morning were responsible for minor flooding in numerous low-lying areas. The surf ace water covered the roads temporarily in hundreds of instances and in one or two cases invaded buildings. In all Vj inches were recorded, and though the rain was sub-tropi-cal and reminiscent of the •cloudburst of two years ago, no serious damage has yet been reported.
