This Stud through natural increase has reached a size where a reduction is necessary and Mr Riddell has decided to offer the public the best by cataloguing all the 2-year-old and yearling heifers. All the 2-year heifers have been innoculated against abortion. In consequent years Mr Riddell has concentrated on the “Owler of Puketapu” strain with very good respits. While still retaining the influence of the great sire “Kuku Bonny Owler,” C. 8.8., he secured ‘Cloverfields Leader” with a view ;o ihtroducing the valuable blood in :he stud of the celebrated Bramp:on Dreaming Sam (Imp.)
