GIFT EVENING

MISS NAN HAMERTON A very happy evening given by the young friends of Miss Nan Hamerton in honour of her approaching marriage to Mr Dick White of Waimana, was held in the Taneatua Hall recently. Dancing to music supplied by Misses Lorna and Valda Print and Allen Bell and Greg Grey was enjoyed, whilst games were also played.

After a delicious supper was served the varied and beautiful gifts were opened and admired.

Mr White on behalf of his fiancee, thanked all those present for the evening, and the gifts received with special thanks to Miss Lorna Print who had organised the evening.
