After four years service with the R.N.Z.A.F., Mr J. A. Laskey, has taken over the second hand business formerly conducted by Mr A. J. Parry, which he intends using as a base for Radio Specialties. Some years ago Mr Laskey was a member of the local P. and T. staff and a well known'amateur transmitter but left in order to found a business of his own in Putaruru, which he later sold up in order to volunteer. His new business will feature Radio Service and establish well known agencies in the town.
