Rules of Racing. Winner of any previous event on theday’s programme (Hurdle Race excepted) liable to carry a penalty not exceeding 141bs at the discretion of the Stewards. Under 8 horses no third prize. Under 5 horses no second prize. Entries to be made one hour before advertised time of race starting.
