RECORD TIN HAT TOURNAMENT
The following teams have been selected to compete in the largest Tin Hat Bowling Tourney to be held in Whakatane on March 3rd:—
Currah (s), Warner, Shapley and R. Wilson. King (s), Carling, McCowan and Davis. Littlejohn (s), G. Head, Leaning and Bullott. Caisley (s), Horne, Cockerell and White. Burgess (s), Oswald, Head and H. L. King. Luxton (s), Bennett, J. W. Wilson and Burt. •'
Unfortunately owing to the large number of entries it has been impossible to accommodate any nonbowlers. Play commences sharp at 8.45 a.m.
