Estates to tlic value ,of £501,0755 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of December, 1945. The total value of estates and funds under administration by tht> Public Trustee on March 31 1945
was £67,867,066, and the new business for the nine months ended Deeember 31 was £G 094 11G. } 7
Grants of administration made by the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 150 for the month.
During the. month l 407 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody and 38G existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of. wills now held in the Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons is 131,503.
