In his report to the Hospital Board yesterday Dr. E. T. Dawson stated that for the month of December patients remaining in the institution totalled 105 (54 males 51 females); admissions 157 (50 males 87 females); discharges 150 (54 males 90 females); deaths 5 (8 males 2 females); remaining in hospital at end of month 87 (45 males 42 females); births 25 (12 males 13 females); major 4 t minor 54;, daily average 102.12. Dr. Whittle relinquished his position as Resident Medical Officer on December 3. Dr. Kempthorne commenced bis duties on December 4.
