New Boiler for Hospital
The Whakatane Hospital Board at its meeting last Thursday considered a report on th* state of the present boiler which it was shown would have to be replaced at coiv siderable cost. After considering three alternatives it was decided to install a new 35 h.p. boiler under expert supervision. The chairman ond secretary were authorised to go into the necessary details in connection with the scheme. Mr McCrcady alone voted against it.
