PUBLIC NOTICES WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL DOG REGISTRATION Pursuant to Section 8 of ‘The Dog Registration Act 1908,” notice is hereby given that the fee for the registration of clogs for the year 194.6 is now payable to Mr A. Carling Registrar of Dogs, at the County Council. Chambers, Whakatane. The amount of the fee has been fixed as follows: For each dog kept solely for the purpose of destroying rabbits 1 /-• For each dog kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle 2/6. For any other dog 5/-,. HYDATID DISEASE: In accordance with the provisions, of the Dogs’ Registration (Prevention of Dydatid Disease) Regulations, 1938, all owners must when registering dogs purchase a supply of the approved remedy for Hydatid Disease, the charge for which is 1/,- for each dog registered.
