Funny thing, human nature! As a rule, the chap that doesn't drink insists that nobody else should dririk; the non-theatregoer disapproves of anyone else going to the theatre; the party that doesn't read novels or play cards object to anyone else reading novels or playing cards; while the man that hates tobacco indignantlj' demands that everyone else should hate tobacco. And yet these "bad habits" persist! As for smoking it's the only pleasure, that multitudes dt' people have. A very harmless pleasure, surely! When smoking proves injurious it's because, there's too much nicotine in the tobacco. Our New Zealand tobaccos (produced lay the National Tobacco Co.
