NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL helcl on Tuesday the 25th day of September 1945 the following Resolution' was passed ? and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meet- " ing of the Council to be held oA Tuesday the 23* d day of October 1945 at 11 a.m. at the Council Chambers Wliakatane. RESOLUTION PURSUANT to Section 152 of Th© Counties Act 1920 the Whakatane* County being of the opinion that the land purchased by it for the purposes of a cattle-dip a,t Te Teko and described in the Schetdule hereto, is no longer required for the purposes of the County o{ Whakatane HEREBY RESOLVES; by way of Special Or.dcr ? that tnfe said land shall be sold either as one lot or in separate lots and other, wise in such manner for such sum or sums and tip on such terms and conditions as the said Council thinks fit, SCHEDULE ALL THAT piece of land situated at Te Teko containing 1 acre and 4.8 perches more or less being Lot: 2 on deposited plan Number 15785; (Town of Te Teko) Part Lot 7 deposited plan Number 15204 and Part of the land on deposited plan Number 10230 and being portion o£ Allotment 124 of the 1 Parish of Mat-* ata and being all the land comprised. in Certificate of Title Volume 711 Folio 384 (Auckland Registry).
