Commissioner F. Mclvor of the Dominion Scouting Headquarters was a guest of the Bay of Plenty Scout Association over the weekend. He visited in turn the Rotoiti ( Awakeri and Whakatane troops and cubs, and addressed tlie boys on each occasion. He attended that districts annual meeting on Saturday evening and addressed delegates and in the afternoon spoke to the assembled district scouters. sOn Sunday he went to Tauranga where be visited the. Mount Maunganui Sea Scouts and and .later was the main speaker at a Scout's Own service where the combined troops paraded.
