Naval Censorship Ceases
As the instrument of surrender has been signed by the Japanese naval censorship of the press has ceased according to an announcement from the Navy Ott'ice j Well-, ington. Certain fundamental matters such as scientific research and experiments and technical details of new warships and new weapons, are subject to restriction even in peacetime and these are the only restrictions to continue. The curved roof is supported on steel or wooden posts ver the then the outside' walls are hung on the roof and fixed to the floor. Inside walls are also' suspended and can be arranged to divide the rooms as desired.
Midnight Census in Parks Officials who prepared the instructions for the census to be held on September 25 were taking all precautions to ensure that every person was enumerated. The official instructions state that the police and park caretakers, are responsible for the numeration of homeless persons in parks at midnight on September 25.
