SCHOOL APPOINTMENTS
TEACHERS FOR WHAKATANE The Whakatane School Committee has received notification* of the following appointments of teachers to the Whakatane District High School: Miss Wylie has been appointed as assistant mistress in place of Miss J. M'. Thornton whose name was put forward previously. Mr W. N. House M.A. has been appointed as Grade A 5 Secondary Assistant Master at the' school. He will enter upon his -duties after his discharge from the Armed Forces. Mr G. N. Gordan permanent Grade A 5 Assistant Master in the Secondary Department will resume his permanent position on November 1.
