Season's Rainfall
The rainfall for last month' (August) amounted to 5.91 inches. That J'or August amounted to 6.55 inches. The total rainfall for the year to date, amounts to 42.94 inches compared with 42.89 inches for tbe first eight months of last year. From these figures it will be seen that the rainfall this year compared to that of last year has kept very steady there being a difference of but .05 inches between the two totals,
