Wearing of Army Uuniform
use or possession of army uniform without lawful authority is an states a notice issued by Army Headquarters. Any such oflence is liable, on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding £200 and' (if the offfence is a continuing one) to a further fine not exceeding £20 for every day during Avhich the offence continues. Personnel not employed on full time service or those on leave without pay for any period exceedr ing 28 days or an indefinite period are not entitled to wear or use uniform or any part thereof except when performing military training or other military duty when in any military camp or station, or when going to or returning from the place where any military training exercise of duty is to be performed.
