i STILL URGENTLY NEEDED The cut in our butter ration has helped the people of Britain, but the need is for more, and still more, butter. Dairy farmers are urged to keep up their good work and top our 1945-46 target of 190,000 tons of butterfat. We should be able to do it for the winter is not proving unduly hard and stock, generally, are in good fettle. Here are some pointers to greater production :— (]\ Feed out ample hay and roots to the * ' milkers, giving them the pick of the feed.
