TOMORROW'S CLASH FIRST INTER-PROV[NCIAL, GAME Wliakatane will be privileged tc sec for the first time in 10 years an Auckland Rugby side play Bay of I lenty elite at Wliakatane Domain on Saturday next, August 11. Included in the Auckland team is Dr. Paewni, the brilliant half-back who lias just been selected to play for the North Island v South Island this month. The stars in the Bay team are Monitor Delamere and D. Moore both of whom played in Egypt for New Zealand v South Africa. I The first, curtain raiser is at 1 p.m. between the Tauranga Primary School Reps, and Wheikatane Primary School Reps, for the Tai Mitchell Shield. At 1.15 Rangitaiki Junior Reps, will play Wliakatane Junior Reps. It should be a great, afternoon's entertainment. Tlie Auckland team will arrive in Whakatane on Friday evening will stay at the Commercial Hotel antl will return on Sunday. The Band will be in attendance at the ground tomorrow.
