Half Coupons Permitted
In connection- with the new monthly allowance of petrol for private motor cars—double the face value of the coupons as from August I—the Oil Fuel Controller advises that coiir pons for each month may be cut. in half by those not desiring to draw the full petrol allowance at the one time.
