TOMORROW'S MATCHES

At the Whakatane Domain tomorrow afternoon, a match will be played between the Whakatane Juiv ior Rep team, and the Bay of Plenty High School Reps. The school team lias been picked from Opotiki, Whakatane > Tc Puke Tauranga and' Katikati, and is the team which is to be matched against Sacred Heart College next week. At Matata an A and B match will be played. Players will come from Tauranga, Rotorua, Te Puke Rangitaiki, Whakatane and Opoti'ki to take part, and the game will be played on the East v West style. Each player, it might be added, will be fighting 'for his place in the team to play Auckland next Saturday.

Scott (Tauranga) from boys nominated by the various high schools in the Bay. A trial game was arranged for the and the high standard bf football dis r played made the task of the selectors rather difficult. The team will play the Whakatane Junior representatives at Whakatane on.
