These sections ai*e situated about 2 miles from Otakiri, Bay of and are portion of the property pur-» chased from Messrs Johnston, Bros., They are offered on a wage basis pending the completion of improvements and in the meantime wages will be paid at the rate of £5 10s per week plus 10s cost of living allowance. The successful applicants will require to milk and carry out general farm work. The -sections should each carry about 50 cows and replacement stock.
