The total value of estates and funds under administration by the Public Trustee on the 31st March, 1945 ? was £67 867 066 and the new busi--9 '* * ■ <■ ness for the two months ended 31&t May Avas £1 111 138. Grants of administration made by the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 242 for the month. During the month 602 new wills appointing the Public Trustee exe|cutor Avere prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody, and 474 existing Avills Avere revised to proA-ide for changes desired by testators. The total number of Avills now held in the Public Trust Office on behalf of living personi is 129 861. 7
