No appeals will be considered after that 'date. i. Appeals are to be restricted within the following heads:— (1) To those fanners who have not on any previous occasion appealed for a review of their topdressi ng allotment, (2) To those farmers who can produce documentary evidence to the effect that they have sown down in new grass an of virgin country, during the last ration period.
