SELECTIONS FOR BAY REP TEAM
TRIALS AT ROTORUA Representative players from all parts of the Bay of Plenty participated in trial matches at the Government on Saturday } July 7. Visitors from Opotiki, Wha'katane and Te Puke competed with a view to selection for the Bay team to travel to Christchurch for the New Zealand. Championships to he held on August 23 and 24. The selectors were Mrs H. Craig and Mrs J. Lodge (Rotorua) and Mrs M. J. Rowson (W-liakatane). In the Possibles-Probables teams the following players -were selected from Whakatane: Goals; f R. McCready P. Francis. INI. Howat B. Armstrong. S. Cave. The next practice \Yill be held at Rotorua on July 21. ,
