DAIRY REPRESENTATION "As the daily industry provides more than half flic, total meat production of the Dominion it should be proportionately represented on tlie Meat Board by a plebiscite of all members, of that industry milking 10 or more cows." This was the remit forwarded from Southern King Country* and considered at last executive meeting of the New Zealand Farmers' Union (Auckland Province). Delegates expressed the view that the King Country's move was in the right direction but ) before sending the remit forward to the Dominion Conference altered 9 the suggested qualication "milking 10 or more cows" to "deriving their main income from dairying."
