GRAZING ACCOMMODATION
FARMERS URGENT NEEDIIANGITAIKt FLOOD VICTIMS A number of the farmers who last year suffered so severely from the two successive have again thisi year been the victims of the fresh a month ago. As a result they are once again in dire straits from the point of view of grazing their herds on their own impoverished paddocks. One farmer has already advertised extensively for grazing .for his herd but without avail. The chairman of' the original Flood Relief Committee (Mr lan Gow) has again approached us with regard to assisting the farmers concerned by giving the matter publicity. We have no doubt but that those who coul.l provide paddocking for a sm-ill number of cows (say from siv to a dozen) until such time as the pastures will lose no time in contacting Mr Gow "right away—'phone 127 A. The nfeed is an urgent one and all transactions in this resipect will, be conducted upon a business basis. A ring on the phone is all that is needed to assist a fellow farmer who has had the misfortune to strike bad luck two years running.
