Any of authorised plain languages allowed. Telegraphic communication is restored with gium and telegrams may now be accepted for that country at rate; shown in the Guide. Messages, maj be in any of the authorised lang' uages French, Portuges< and and any of the auth orised public codes may be used except the Acme supplement. Commer cial telegrams to France are no long er restricted to those ascertaining facts and exchanging information."
