PUBLIC NOTICES EAST COAST RABBIT BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE ANNUAL RATE Notice is hereby given that the East Coast Rabbit Board will make and levy the following rate for the. financial year commencing April Ist, 1945 ? and ending March 31st, 1946, namely, 3/lGths of a penny lor every sheep and lamb and 15/16ths of a penny for every head of cattle and ■calves owned by stock owners in the East Coast Rabbit Board' District at 3'Oth November, 1944. Minimum rate 10/-, excepting that stockowners with 500 units or less (sheep count 1 unit s cattle 5 units), to pay a rate of 5/- if stock returns are furnished within the prescribed time. The above rate will be payable in full by all stockowners on June Ist, 1945 at the office of Messrs Bull and Edwards Public Accountants Gis- » » borne. STOCKOWNERS' LIST In accordance with the Rabbit Nuisances Act, 192&J notice is hereby given that the Stockowners' List as at November 30, 1944, for the East Coast Rabbit Board District ( has been deposited at the Magistrate's Court, Gisborne, where, it may be inspected without fee during such hours as the Court is open to public business and I give further notice that the Stipendiary Magistrate will sit at. the Magistrate's Court, Gisborne, at 28th May, 1945, at the hour of 10 a.m. to finally revise the said list and also to hear and determine any objections thereto.
