Communication With Crete
The postal authorities announce that telegraphic communication is now restored with Crete to which place telegrams may be accepted at rates shown in guide. Messages must be in French or any of the nine public codes authorised for use in. overseas telegrams. In communication with Rumania, deferred and letter telegrams are not to be accepted at present.
