ACCOMMODATION NEEDED
SCOUT RALLY VISITORS
PROVIDING FOR 170 BOYS Accommodation is urgently required' for approximately 170 visiting Scouts and Cubs who will be taking part in* the Rally to be held in this town on May 5 and 6. The Rally Committee is busily engaged in numerous tasks associated' with the catering for arad entertainment of these Jads > but are entirely •dependent upon the goodwill of the townspeople for thtlr accommodation. . It is anticipated that a large section of visiting Scouts will be accommodated in the homes of local Scouts buit there will be a substantial overflow and residents who feel disposed! towards assisting this very worthy move- ' ment are asked to get in touch with Scoutmaster Te Hira Fergusson who is acting as Billeting Officer (Phone M 6) or the Mr C. KingsleySmith c/o Beacon Office (Phone 10).
