This gives Mr Kerridge control of all theatres operat-j cd by Kerridge Theatres Ltd., New Zealand Ltd., Fullers The-! atre Corporation, John Fuller and Sons and numerous subsidiaries," says an article in the Film Weekly, Sydney. Sir Benjamin Fuller said in Sydney that there was no man in Australasia to whom he would prefer to sell the Fuller interests in New Zealand as Mr Kerridge was an astute, progressive showman, and a fine, widely respected personality. "He is now the largest independent owner of theatre real estate in Australia," said Sir Benjamin. Under the new set-up, the Kerridge interests will contrpl approximately SO theatres and become the largest exhibiting organisation in the Dominion. Included in the numerous Kerridge subsidiary theatres are the Regent and Grand at Wliakatane.
