Public Trust Office
The Public Trustee announces an important development in the conduct of the Public Trust Office business in Whakatane. Mr J. G. Mulholland who has represented the Public Trust Office in Whakatane for a number of years, is retiring from active business, and the opportunity is therefore being taken to establish the Public Trust Office at Whakatane on a permanent basis. The business of the Public Trust Office, in Whakatane has grown extensively since Mr Mulholland first took over the agency, and the appointment of a permanent officer who will be able to devote his whole time to the interests of the office and the estates under administration will enable the business to be 3 further developed. Mr J. H. Duthie of the Dannevir'ke Branch has been appointed to the position of District Manager, WHhakatane, and the business of. the office will be conducted from the premises adjoining the Post Office and in the same building as the Social Security Department.
