THE GYMKHANA SEASON
ON Saturday, February 10th the first of the new season's Gymkhanas will be held at Thornton. This will be a prelude to a succession-of a dozen such gatherings to be held in this district at intervals for the next three months. There can be no doubt now as to the worth and merit of the Sports Gatherings which played so prominent a part last year in raising the various Patriotic quotas throughout the various, settlements in this area, and we have nothing tc fear that the successful results will attend this year's functions, providing the same spirit of co-operation is present and the same sense of sportsmanship and goodwill is displayed.
