EXTRA SUGAR
GRANTED FOR JAM-MAKING
The Hon. A. H. for the Minister of Supply and Munitions announces, that the War Cabinet has decided that a further issue of 31bs of sugar per ration book will be made for home jam making purposes t*i period February 1 to March 31. The issue will be made on the surrender of coupon Y8 page 15 of the current ration book. "I t will be appreciated " Mr Nordmeyer added, "if consumers will draw the extra allowance only when required. The stocks of sugar are low and. as the* additional amount; can be drawn at any time during February and March it should be purchased immediately before it is actually; wantecl."
