FARTHING AMBULANCE

The Dean of Boc'king, in Essex, has been collecting farthings for the purchase of an ambulance to present to the Red Cross Society. From all over Britain farthings have been arriving at the Dean's home, ami when the amount reached £4'oo it was sent to the Red Cross,, •who will benefit by another l'ullyequipped ambulance. And still the farthings roll in, and the Dean reports that he has another towards the good work.,
