" His scheme it was announced some months ago, was the 'setting up of a war memorial fund to assist soldiers and their descendants of the parishes of Lydney, where Lord Ble-* disloe lives-, and Aylburton, Gloucestershire who desire to migrate to New Zealand. Men who have served in this or the last war, and who have not sufficient means to pay the full cost of transport and meet initial expenses here, will be helped.
