<s» Word lias been received by Mr W. Sullivan M.P., that the Minister for Lands and Rehabilitation ? Hon. C. F. Skinner, will be in Whakatane on Thursday next. Arriving on Wednesday evening lie will attend a meeting convened by the local branch of the Labour Party, and on Thursday will inspect the Plains and Galatea. He leaves for Tauranga on Thursday evening.
