CUMMINGS (suddenly). On November 1st at his residence Whaka- tane, Timothy James, dearly beloved husband of and loving father of Frank Mervyn, Rita and Patrica. In his 69th year. Requiem Mass at St. John's Church Whakatane, on Friday 3rd at 9 a.m Funeral will leave St. John's Church for the Whakatane Hill Cemetery at 2 p.m. Friday (today). O'BRIEN, L. J. -- On 3rd November at his residence Otakiri husband of the late Ivy Gladyn and father of Geoff (overseas), Edie, Josephine, Peter Angus Mildred and Olive. Funeral will leave Church of England for Hill Cemetery at 1.30 p.m. on Monday, 6th November. All Returned Soldiers are requested to attend the funeral of above— 69/718 L. J. O'Brien. LAURIE. On November 2nd' suddenly at Whakatane Hospital, Ross dearly loved only son of Private and Mrs M. Laurie, of Edgecumbe. Aged 4 years. Funeral will take place on Saturday at 2 p.m. from R. Oxenham's residence King Street for Whakatane Hill Cemetery.
