Cure for Bloat in Cows Trials made with a remedy for bloat in cows during recent weeks have convinced a well-luiown Gisborne dairy farmer that he has evolved an effective and rapid treatment and steps are being taken to secure patent rights in the remedy. Bloat is a source of serious loss of stock especially in the spring the trouble being due mainly to excessive fermentation in the cow's stomach and if the new remedy is as effective as now reported it should have considerable value.
