Senior Match The result of the Paroa v Edge-cumbe-Te Teko Senior match Avhich was played at Te Teko on. Saturday was Edgecumbe-Te Teko 12 Paroa 3. The scores can give no indication of the respective, merits of the two teams as owing to the unavoidable absence of most of the Paroa tram '9 this side was> forced to play four seniors and eleven juniors against fifteen seniors. Tries were scored for Te Teko by McDonald (2) and Burt (2). Jensen scored for Pa,roa. A return match when, the full Paroa team will be present will be played on Saturday. The following is the Paroa Senior team to play Te Teko combined at the Domain on Saturday. The match is timed to commence at 2.30 p.m. sharp:— Wells; Lawson; Tuta; T. Riini; Kahui; Merito; Hotene; Keepa; Jensen; W. Wharewera; Francis; T. Simpson; P. Awa; C. Wharewera; Dodd; B .Simpson; Ibarra, Tina Riini and M. Harawira. Will any of these players- who will be unavailable please notify the secretary before Thursday.
The following is. the Whakatane Junior team to play Tauranga at wii ttc held arxne Dor main on Tuesday at 5.15 p.m. while on Wednesday evening at 7.30 p.m. a team talk will be held at Mr Cameron's place.
