Shortage of Tools
With over 60 returned servicemen on the waiting list, the duplication of the Auckland carpentry training centre under the Rehabilitation Department is still being held up owing to the scarcity of tools in the country. At present there are three classes under instruction in various stages of the 52 weeks' course, and there are approximately 24 men in each class. In the. last two classes inaugurated all the men are from overseas.
