The annual St. George's. Flower and Bulb display took place in the Par-* is.li Hall on Thursday afternoon, the function being one of the most suc-» cessful held for a number of years. The display itself was first clasiS. Flowers of all kinds and descriptions were on show whilst the selection of spring flowers and bulbs was very attractive. Several items Ave re among.* these being piano solos by Mrs Craddock, violin Mrs Larmer and vocal, Mrs Wilson. Accompanists were Mrs Kingj Mrs Stewart and Mrs Fraser. Prizes ( were given for competition entries in under 16 years, and under 12 years the winners of. these being as follows:— 16 Years and Under Vase arranged for effect: Josephine Fennell 1; Wendy Fenne.ll 2i Marion Suckling judge's special.
