Accident With Horses An accident which resulted in the loss of half her thumb and the tip of her third linger was suffered by Mrs Sarah Ransfield of Ruatoki yesterday. Mrs Ransfield was leading a pair of horses when without warning they suddenly took fright and pulled back causing the rope whicn had become tangled round her baud to tighten and inflict the injuries stated. She was admitted to the Whakatane Hospital where she is now reported to be progressing satisfactorily.
