NURSING DIVISION
MISS G. F. TAI'T HONOURED At the last parade of the St. John Ambulance Nursing Division( the. opportunity was taken to bid farewell j to the Superintendent, Miss, G. F. Tait, who has been transferred to Blenheim. Appreciation of the services rendered by Miss Tait, was expressed by various members, and on behalf ol" the Division, Mr Hannah presented Miss Tait with a clock and a bouquet of spring flowers as a memento of the pleasant and happy relations whteh have always existed during her association with the Division. Mrs K. M. Hannah was elected Superintendent in place of Miss Tait, Miss Goodall was appointed Secretary and Mrs Stewart Ambulance Officer. At the close of the parade, members of the St. John Ambulance Association attended the meeting, and on behalf of the association Mr A. ,T. Canning (chairman) presented Miss Tait with a gold fountain pen, stating that Miss Tait had been a tower of strength to the association, and they were all very sorry to lose her, but wishing her every success in her new sphere.
