The above Society has appointed a .full time welfare officer who will cover the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board districts. The Committee of the Whakatare Centre of the Red Cross, has agreed to act as local representatives for the above Society and this Committee will direct the work ol' the welfare officer in the Whakatane Hospital Board district.
