Founders Consolation Final: Luxton v Bushett. - Consolation Flight II: Symmansv A. Morpcth. Reynolds Cup Semi-final: Grey v Wills. The rest of the club will take part in a four-ball best-ball Bogey, the draw for partners being arranged as players arrive. PriorityFoursomes are asked to allow Gup and Consolation finals to go through to save hold-up oh the course. Championships' Commencing from August 20 the qualifying rounds for the three championship's will be played, the best two of the three rounds to count. In conjunction, the Captain's trophy goes to the best ,nett medal for the two rounds, a trophy also being- awarded to the best gross score. Tlie four ball matches to be played next Saturday will be the preliminary canter to enable players to iron out their faults and enhance their chances of inclusion in the top eight of each section. Non-Qualifiers To foster the match play spirit, all non qualifiers will participate in Consolation matches in their respective sections. In order to be able to make the draw, all players arc requested to put in complete cards for any two rounds even though cricket scores are recorded. Inter-club Match Nine ladies and 18 men of tlie Waimana Golf Club will be 'visits ing the links next Sunday to take part in an inter-club match. The course will be open to the visitors in the morning, the official matches taking place in the afternoon. These will be in the form of four ball handicap match play. The local team to meet Waimana will he posted at the clubhouse next Saturday a All Finals An endeavour will be made ,to complete all outstanding finals for Cups and Consolation matches by next Saturday, particularly in the following:—
Reynolds Cup: Sloanc v winner of Grey and Wills match. Fortune Cup: Syme v winner Steel and Cradwick match. Founders Cup: Rangi v winner Littlejohn and Patience match. Arrangements shall be made for these matches to be played.
