THE "GOOD ENDEAVOUR" LEAGUE
What lio, what ho, ma hear tic*. Well how are you all this week? I hear thnt you went to the pictures on Wednesday looming. It is all liglit to able to take the morning of? frdni school and go to the, theatre isn't it. 1 have not done much at all this week. Butinsky and Petcrkin and, It have been having a properly lazy time, just sitting in the sun; eating and sleeping. It certainly is good to not have to worry about anything but whether there is enough fish lor the next meal. Of course, although will eat almost anything lie does not like fish very much. He prefers a nice piece of Scotch thistle or a lump of olcl rag. However, Peterkin and I like it very much so we are quite happy. I have decided to build another dinghy when, I fe,el energetic enough. My old one is quite all right but it leaks a bit and needs a new coat of paint and is a bit cramped when the three of us get. in it. Butins'ky wants to help me but I am afraid all lie will do will be to get in the road and generally make himself a nuisance. Peterkin would much rather leave me to do all the work and go fishing. However, he will no doubt be very pleased to go sailing in it when it is finished. Well I had better close now and get on with the story. Cheerio till next wee'*. P.T.W.
